Allight International AB has on 24th of July 2023 entered a prototype development agreement with Bayard Technology Co., Ltd.
The parties have held discussions relating to a cooperation and prototype development agreement regarding Allight’s innovative adaptive two- and three-wheeler headlight technology that increases the vehicles and riders’ safety.
Allight’s compact headlight technology can be integrated with different lighting sources and eliminates the dark void that the rider experiences when leaning or cornering with the vehicle. Furthermore, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, the technology increases the overall global road safety as an important step towards zero road fatalities or serious injuries involving road traffic.
Whereas on the other hand, Bayard Technology is an established OEM and ODM manufacturer who offers high quality, E-mark and SAE certified exterior vehicle lighting products for motorcycle, ATV, golf cart and motor bike factories around the world.
The purpose of the prototype development agreement is to integrate and assess Allight’s innovative adaptive headlight technology in an OEM-headlight and to present this at EICMA 2023. In the event of successful outcome, the parties will assess and enter either a subcontractor or licensing agreement.
